Refund Policies
Refunds on packages go as such; once the package has been purchased and the programs have been made and sent to the client, even if they are not used, the client can only be refunded at most 50% of the cost of the package. If within the first week of training the client would like to opt out, they can receive a refund of up to 50% of their initial purchase. After the first week, this offer is void and there are no refunds.
